Site went down for a good half an hour or so, anyone know the nature of the problem if there was one? At least all in the UK tournament where DQ as i would have been annoyed

Never seen funky off that long, pool or snooker, but since its same server...

i remember once it was off for 3 days but at least you lot can play feels like weeks since i played lol. Sometimes takes things for granted

Exactly what i said, more or less made the thread to see if there was a reason behind it and if admin could shed some light on it. Site goes down now and then but that is the longest i have seen it down for in some time.

Last time it was down that long for me is when Nick was doing an update on the site, so when the site went down for that 30 - 40 minutes for me i thought he may be doing another. Sadly that was not the case

an hour isn't that long though used to annoy me but since computer is down its not that bad since you can play.

whats weird is i feel more focused not playing than when i am probably because i want to play

30 mins is nothing, I remember when it used to go down for hours or even days. If it was an update then it would say on the site that it was about to happen and that you would be logged out. Maybe that will help to differentiate between the two

Plus updates are normally done in a minute when server is restarted unless its a host problem

I had the chat box very small so i would not have seen it pop up or not

I remember when pool and snooker had separate servers and pool once went down for 3 days! Snooker was ever so popular back then

I think it had something to do with the weather and only nick could restart it if I'm not wrong
