Unfortunately, I cannot always make it to host the midnight tournaments...SO what I am going to start doing is listing the tournament, with to be confirmed after it. If I can make it, I will remove the to be confirmed, and keep it on the list, therefore it will be for certain.

If I delete it, or it says to be confirmed at the time of the tournament, then I couldn't make it.
