Well it's a lot but I would be willing to give it a go. Need to make sure the calamari wasn't too chewy though!!

ditch the risotto, always the death dish and add roast duck breast with asparagus, caramelised shallots and cabbage...

i disagree, risotto is a ht seller in colder weathers and flies out a kichen plus if made properly it melts in the mouth.

its a restaurant n farnham kenny, they are expanding and require a new head chef. have successfully done this and turned 2 kitchens profitable plus my own catering company for 3 years now so its just a bit of fun. : plys it funds my expensive car habbit

farnham dude. special deals frm the restaurant im afraid not however if you want a hog roast later in the year i will do it for £400 for any member on here :)
