After a long look through the threads , ive noticed there's alot of brilliant idea's on how to make the games more fun & adding new ones and how to just generally make the site better

Question is , theres not one of the idea's being used ...Why?

Asking a mod, or admin, is the best way to see if theres anything happening, behind the scenes

I doubt the mods would have a clue though

The examples in that link are quite dated. The site used to be much more popular a few years ago and with a few tweaks and additions I believe it could once be again. However I believe a slight concern is admin activity. Some admin do not seem to be online much apart from the odd few and I have even seen one account that has not been on for 5 month, this isn't much use to administrate a site which needs it on a daily basis. I think admin and moderators alike need to have the privilege removed until they can get on and or actually do their job, and it should be given elsewhere to someone who is actually going to be around to help manage the site. With the lack of activity I can't see how many additions are going to be added. Funkypool feels somewhat abandoned in my opinion.

Also regarding forums and discussions, I believe admin should discuss with users, and this way things would get added much faster and much easier.

Its not actually admin activity that would help ideas getting pushed through. nick does the coding for the site and any new ideas have to go through him. we can give him the ideas for him to look at but cannot action them ourselves.

All true points. I think it's admin activity that has lead to this thread being made though as people feel they are being ignored even though they may not be.

Communication is usually the most overlooked thing in any organisation or business, and I think it would help the site majorly.

In fairness to admin they don't have to be logged in to read the forums, the problem with most ideas people bring up is the fact they have already been talked about and admin have more than likely already commented.

True however a simple post to relax the user doesn't take long but goes a long way plus they need to be logged in to administrate the site

Your right Matty, I'm sure the user that has been offline for 5 month regularly trolls the forums. As I said and dgen also stated, communication does help, which I'm not saying never happens, in fact 6 times out of 10 it does, but it used to be more and the site need brought back to life.

yeah i know its weird but since some people are promoted from Moderator to Administrator they become inactive for a while. I know of 2 admins who are in that list and could do with some reliable ones

As for ideas it may help if nick is more active or gets some master coders to help but just my view
