The arcade feature has nothing to do with the issue here because if you imagine the screen blown up to a full screen window, it's still difficult there (though moreso pointedly in real game levels) to be certain whether you're hitting. The other point behind the idea is that even the most sensitive mouse can't be trained to move by the tiny amounts required to precision your shot within time limits sometimes. The other way around it would be to have a ghost cursor lock where you could then use arrow keys to make microadjustments, but that seems impossibly vertiginous to implement..

Be good for orig on snooks but the game would be too easy man. If it makes the less able players better its gonna make players like me unbeatable then

All it would do is level the playing field, which can only be a good thing.
