I had a random thought to my random head earlier. It happened while I was looking through the current scores in the clan games, because the results from different leagues are all separate in each clan's thread, and I don't know about anyone else, but this can get confusing at times. Therefore my thought was to be to have a larger character limit in posts, or even to have unlimited characters (although i haven't tried it, I'm assuming 1500 characters would not be enough for this purpose). This would mean that all matches that are in play (FBL, FSL, FCL and cup games) can all be joined together into one post, to make them easier to find and keep track of.

What does everyone else think?

i have games saved too microsoft word then i can just copy and paste whenever it needs updating ... if this helps you

Well if this could happen, there wouldn't be a need to do that. Once a game is played then it can just be updated on the thread and all the scores are there together.

Great idea! I think this would help alot if captains if it could all be on one post. But? I dought anything will ever get done? As I cant think of one idea that has been implemented? I might be wrong? But i'm sure I will be told if there was?

I'm not sure i understand this at all, each league is different and they need their own threads for results and so on. Can't join them together as it would make it so hard to update.

As for the character limit on posts i think it is more than enough, Admin changed the about me characters by an extra 1000 though after i asked about it but i think normal post limit is more than enough.

I don't mean to combine the threads for each league into one, I was thinking more about the clan threads. For example, if a captain had updated a score for an FBL game that had just been played, and that is the latest post on the thread, then fair enough that is easy to see. But if an FCL game, for example hadn't been played between those two clans for a while, then the scores for that match might be a page or two back and looking for it can get frustrating, and someone looking to update the scores might miss it and a result might get left out. But if it was possible to put all the current matches onto one post then I think it would be much easier and less time consuming.

And yes, I do agree that the current character limit is enough for normal posts/conversations, just didn't think it would do any harm to raise it by a certain amount for this purpose.

while on topic of clan threads, i believe an edit anytime would be good as we have to spam the page with results at the moment but this feature would mean you could keep it on 1 page until it goes to next one

might save spamming too in some cases
