Im creating a league with 4 divisions and 4 players in each group you get a point for each frame you wins and it will be sorted into seed order. i will need 16 players to advance in playing.

top player goes up
bottom player goes down

you can forfeit if you can not win any more so when you get 5 points you have won that game and opponent can forfit to reduce the deposit of his frame difference
