help! ive just been playing around and downloaded microsoft screen capture and have uploaded a video to youtube, but how do you upload it over here on our threads?

Go to your video on youtube and copy the URL from the address bar on your browser

You only need to copy the video code, which is the text after the = sign

http://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=EzgGTTtR0kc << The video code is the bit in bold.

Then on the forums, click the Youtube button and paste the code into the popup box.

cmurphy is right. Take the full URL, e.g.:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYRApW3zjvk

then take the part after the '=' sign, SYRApW3zjvk, and include that between the YouTube tags (or lighlight the part after the equals sign and press the YouTube button), and you get this:
