Hey guys,
I'm thinking of buying some new glasses from specsavers but i'm a little confused as i've turned 17 and no longer get the NHS support, so I have to pay full price. I saw some glasses today and thought i'd buy them. I took them to the counter and the woman asked me if i wanted another pair and pay £69 for the two (the one's i'd selected were £99) and since i thought i was still being supported by nhs i said no, and then she asked if i was sure. I became a little curious as to what was going on, and then suddenly she told me that the frame was £99.
Now, i've researched and it says that you pay for one pair whilst you get the second pair free. The offer consists of glasses within the range of £69 - £125 and i thought about it and i was thinking whether she could have meant that i look for another pair which were £69 and use that as my first pair, and get my second pair (which i had originally seen) for free. I might ring in tomorrow to see exactly what she meant, but for now, what are your thoughts?

Being in retail, I can tell you that usually, if you purchase something that's buy one, get one free, the 2nd item (the free one) can't exceed the amount of the first one.
So if you bought the first one for $69 (I don't have the euro sign, sorry), then the 2nd pair would have to be $69 or under.
