I think a change is required with the auto start function.... I had a lock up on my laptop when I set up a game and the second someone joined it froze... I tried to close down the window but the game auto started and I lost 4.4 off my rank!

A way to improve the customer experience is that if the game invite isn't clicked then the individual who doesn't accept should be auto returned to chat room.

Agree with it for a different reason.
On killer people start a 7 man or whatever and the room isn't filling up they go off and do other things, the room fills up and the game starts.
This happens a lot and it ruins the game the person following the inactive player gets a ball in hand for 2 shots and that leads to the player following them being left with impossible shots and killed.

As an addition, can we also have the site developed beyond where you choose what level of player you choose to play when setting up a game, so that you can also choose to exclude newbies from the players that you want in your room. Saves me leaving the room and setting up again and again when a simple tick in a box would mean they couldn't enter in the first place!

Doubt that would come in warcriminal because newbies need to play ranked games to lose the 'newbie' tag.
Calling the room 'no newbies' generally stops them joining.
