I had around 11.15 hour (English time) quarter-final against roma in 8 ball tournament!

I joined this tournament match and immediatly when i come in match funkypool logged me out!

I had this message in chat log:

Sorry, an error has occured (this has been logged on the server) Please log in and try again.

Log in again was no problem!

My internet connection was not away!

I thought you could only logged out when you close your game or when you do 20 minutes long nothing!

Answer of roma: Unlucky man!

Just got my 1st place again in 8 ball billiards and now lost my 1st place in ranking again WITHOUT losing!

Happened to me yesterday in the quarter finals of the 8 ball tournament too at around the same time of day except we both suddenly got the connection failing and logged out together.
Nobody else in the tourney did and my connection never failed was just our room.

I know it wasn't my internet connection!

I won last game in 8 ball billiards, take 1st place again and next game, 2nd place without a lost!

Always when i am winning and going to the top in a ranking!

Why it happens?

I am 100 % sure, it wasn't my foul!

you can get logged out with black screen and connection failing also.

i am not sure what happened and i am sorry about your points but you can get them back right?

if its a technical fault of the site i am sure nick will fix it when hes back from his holiday if the problem keep arising.

I had no black screen, i came in tournament match and 1 second later funkypool game logged me out!

weird thing, if its around the same time as potalot it might be a site issue.

next time if it happens can you provide a screenshot as its hard to do anything without one

Yeah just thought it was strange that they were both quarter finals of 8 ball we were at 1-1 when i got connection failing. Logged back in straight away and my opponent had been DQ too simultaneously.

Sometimes your connection to the server can be disrupted regardless or your connection. If you ever see a connection failing message go to the icon internet connection icon, right click and select repair. This works 80% of the time. Unlucky davy with what happened to you but your good enough to get back up there !

2 people at the same time in the same room though kermit is a little odd. Only problems I ever have is when the whole site has them even then it's rare. Will try that if it happens again though mate thanks

Lose always a lot points, without losing a match and must win much to win everything back!

Strange, but not my connection, if it happen more than once, just when i click accept for tournament invite!
