One thing concerns me right away about this - abuse and inappropriate language. Although the chat feature has blocked all the nasty and rude words there is no way that it could be done with VoIP.

Plus the deconcentration, some get angry when I tell them they played well, too xD

This has been mentioned a few times before.

It would be impossible to moderate the rule breaking when it happens and obviously listening in to your conversations is a definite no no.
