What you have to remember is that the FCL staff do not own the "Clan and League Chat" thread. They own the FCL side of that. (i hate to say it) But Owen is well within his rights to create a clan. He just wont be able to join the FCL (providing the outcome of the FCL league runners decision). I could create a second clan if i wanted, and just have it for the laugh of it. If however it does become a problem, i'm sure Moderators would sort it out....(ha.)
