In-Game Help Room?

Hey, i was just thinking about a help room in-game?
like the chat room and the garage and thing, but one called help where people go where they need help ingame and dont have posting abilities yet?
or would this be better left and leave it to the mods?
Thoughts?

When a member has a problem weather it is technically or complaint related they can find a moderator via the "find player" function and the matter can be dealt with accordingly.
I do understand that if a new member is having any problems and there is no moderator or admin online they might feel stuck.
The help section covers most basic questions asked and the "Contact us" option is there also.

the thing with contact us though, sometimes it has been weeks without reply when it should be 3 days

Found this from a previous thread regarding "contact us".
Please note that staff are not robots... if we were, we be the best robots in the world
