For the record, pictures can't be of anyone famous OR any cartoons due to copyright laws. I'm leaving this since it's another way to spread the word.

As for someone seeing a picture that's not supposed to be allowed - it's quite possible that whoever approved it didn't recognize the person in it. If you see a picture that's against the rules, please let any of the mods or admin know. Thanks!
