In uk tournament in the final and I was 2-1 up when my opponent had to leave so he started not responding as he had closed his game down.

While he was not responding it was my break and off the break I potted the black and white as well as a red and yellow (quite an achievement potting 1 of every colour I know) and then the game froze.

Then the opponent logged out at 2-2 yet the game is still in progress with only me in the game room.

So I will now lose rank and not gain Tournapoints due an error on the system.

Contacted jimfaebod, who was very helpful but cant really do much to control the outcome outher than force the next round which would mean a double dq so I would still lose out.

Only received 20% of the 580 Tournapoints available as I now understand both finalists are treated as losers so instead of the 406 I should have won I got 116.

At least we know what happens with a double DQ ay?

both finalists received 116!

Sorry it was meant to say 580

Total prize pot for this tourney was 580, not 560 therefore 20% of this is 116

Thank you for the precise detailed description, I will investigate this, but it does seem to be a bug (when disable automatic tournament win is enabled).

I will sort out your points (you require +290 TournaPoints as you got 116 for reaching the final) and tournament win later.

Yeah sorry my bad, I knew it was 580 but just wrote it down wrong.

They got theirs al, was only me who missed out but I will be getting them later I think.

Hope I get the 290 points soon because it is looking close at the top of the tournapoints...
