Most online website creators are 'drag and drop' which means you don't need any web design knowledge.

Weebly.com is a good one and really easy to use.

ucoz is a useful one, I have created web sites on there (look at my about me for an example)

Also, have created some from scratch so have some know-how with coding.

I would advise talking to janmb for more advanced web sites.

Or me, I studied web design for 3 years at college but from what I've read on the forums, janmb is alot more experienced than me.

Janmb using php code for his websites, you can ask him but clearly it will be too much for you to handle.

It's best to use weebly.com or yola.com or any website builder website u find.
