twice today i have hit the "ball on" and the system has given a foul - wrong ball hit

was against me, and honestly Emily did hit the right ball and potted it bu foul was given, exact same happened to me last night or night before i still won the game but unfortunatly Emily left easy clearence after the none foul

sounds like a bug, problem will most likely be sorted in due course.
