i just abandoned a match, and the game accepted that stating: "8 Ball Pool Ranked - johnnyveggie (3) loses to blahblah (4) (by default, johnnyveggie left the game)
RANKINGS: blahblah 805.8 (+3.8), johnnyveggie 836.2 (-3.7)" on my results section, and yet under my 8 ball stats the abandoned match stat does not show

anyone else come across this? just curious why it hasnt :s

I have noticed this on my profile a few times actually, not something i am fussed about, i personally hate it lol, for example if you get logged out or have to go, it's not that yu abandoned as such but had no choice. I find that's the usual case anyway.

Is it possible when you left your opponent carried on and won anyway? If they had that option checked.

it was on the black, so yes very possible lol.

i just played against someone who left when i was on the black, and the game allowed me to continue after the person had left, and looking at the person's profile after the game i saw an abandoned match stat hadnt been added for him either.

so that seems to be cleared up; if the player continues playing after the other has left and the player wins by finishing the match properly (potting the 8 in 8ball for example), then the game doesnt allow the abandoned stat to be added - that's what i gather anyway

hmmm nice info from now on if someone leaves while im just about to pot the black or somthing ill miss so they get an abandoned match cos they normally leave in a huff cos cant take loseing most do anyway lol

Looking at the time you posted did you get a invite for a tourno game so you left the game you was playing?
