I was a philologist, jurist, mythologist and author of a famous set of children's stories.
With my brother, I started work on a dictionary in 1838; the 1st volume was published in 1854, but the complete works were only finished in 1961 !!
However, I am also known for a Law in a non-English language, which involved a difference in sounds in this language.
