I was just playing a pro in straight and I beat him. The match was ranked. After I go to my profile to see how many points I wonand I didn't even get any points. My win/loss record did not even change. What might be the problem?

ive had this but my connection went at the time in middle, expected to lose like 5 points but didnt lose anything, was shocked.

Although I don't understand how it couldn't have updated your stats. First time I've heard of that.

Only reasonable explanation is A) the game wasn't played in the first place OR B) it was a Friendly game.

I think like clooneman here having a look at times from the game you played to when you posted only tells that you played 9 ball not straight

No I am sure it was a straight game and it was ranked and the 9ball tournament was after the straight game..

Did your opponent leave the game before you finished the run?

Ok thats straightend up a bit, your game of straight was between the 8 ball game with _vip_ and 9 ball tourno with andy_18 and there is a 18 minute gap

Well that brings me to my next question, did you leave the room before the balls had stopped rolling? Even possibly without realising because if you do that the whole game is voided, it's the same on snooker.
