This site is getting worse

In quarter final of tourney - game froze - timed both players out

What is going on lately

I spend half an hour playing in a tourney just for FP to crash again

Waste of time

Not sure if it's the same type of problem at all, but I have been having very varying connection quality with the funkypool server as well. My connection is fine and stable to other sites including several different ones on both east and west coast US, but theplanet.com has been really unstable lately, ranging from completely unreachable to massive latency (5+ seconds or more on each and every access)

we were both chatting away jan - unable to take a shot - while the time alerts kept counting us out

i asked my opponent to log out as i was clearly winning - but as he stated - quite rightly - why should he

i know its not life changing but when you are doing well in something you like to either win or be beaten fairly - not beaten by a computer

happend me yesterday. very very annoying. i thaught it was my computer but i was also writing

really - so it's not just me walked under a ladder then lol

soz about getting so ratty about it but as chris says - very very frustrating

no problem, might ask an admin to make spinners java solution a sticky over here as well

Had similar problem yesterday and day before
My opponent and i were both really lagging, getting random shots (forum was loading exceptionally slow but all other sites were perfect)
he eventually hit 3 shots and by default lost the game
both myself and opponent in next round were 'lagging' again but no random shots

And i asked a few people at the time and they all experienced same thing

Though its been fine today (not been on much though)

Oh there was no freezing as well though

just in the chat room atm, and the amount of times it has come up "such and such is not responding" is unreal
