Very Sad, he had battled stomach cancer since last November and even made plans with Heaven and Hell and reforming elf, the man had a great vocal and a true gentleman and will be missed in the world of ROCK....R.I.P to the man that gave us the devils horns \m/

Glad I got to see Heaven & Hell live. Been to a number of DIO shows and I have to say that I thought the man was a genius. Very good lyricist and frontman. Dio Loved his music and loved his fans. Still can't believe he has gone. Long live rock n roll.
