Just a thourght that popped into my mind...

The practice table is used by many for the purposes it states, practicing!

So I thourght maybe for those who want an easier way to practice and see where they are going wrong in their shot making, we could implement an aiming tool to show the projected path of the ball that will be hit first - this is used on Yahoo pool during their games.

Should make people better at making tougher shots making tournaments more competitive for those who win 3 or 4 everyday

Had a brief search on this forum and couldn't find relevent threads - so maybe this is something that may be good that no one else has thourght of yet (unless I have bad searching skills)

That's a good idea! I would love to see that implemented, as I know I struggle with angles, especially on full-length shots.

I use that feature when playing Pool / Snooker games on the PS3 and it helps alot!

Another thing that might be useful would be the projected path of the cue ball (if possible), this would help with position play and also trying to avoid in-off's.

The thing I like about the Yahoo pool aimer is that the further away from the object ball you are, then it will give you a shorter projection path - and the closer you are, it will give you a longer projection path.

I don't want to make too easy to practice, you still have to think of moves for yourself - but with things like you said murphy, it will help those who are always sinking the cue ball, and help on cushion shots.

I like this idea, as long as it's just confined to the practice table

we all learnt to be amazing without an aid, so why can't everyone else

nah only kidding I like the idea, would like it to be optional like the lining up cue though, as I personally wouldn't use it

yep i used it on snooker on PS2, good idea, but only on practice table, maybe also put a 2nd white where cue ball finishes, may help with positional play unless you get confused with cursor then i would just put aid in.

if this got implemented on snooker too i could use it to help my carom and original to be better than it is now.

yes i would also like this to be optional as many people wont use it.

but overall great idea
