Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I think it would be a good idea.

I would quite like to see something where each time you win a Tournament you are awarded a trophy, which is displayed on your Profile page.

What does everyone else think?

I think you shouldn't be awarded a single trophy for every tournament win. But this is my version of your idea:

Having a trophy case tab on your profile, where it will show trophy you have earned for doing milestones. Such as much wins, tournament wins, 7 ballings, gbs etc.

wouldnt say every tournament you win get a trophy, onua would have a never ending profile lol

OK, maybe not every tournament but definately your first tourny win in each dicipline, then after that either every 5th or 10th tourny win.

i.e: 5, 10, 15, 20...... OR 10, 20, 30, 40.....

Well if you got a trophy for say 5 tournaments overall then when you get to 10 it would simply replace it rather than add to it, so you would only ever end up with 1 trophy for tournaments

I have an idea which fits on with this...

Say for your first 1-20 tournaments in any game type you have a picture of a Bronze trophy/medal on that game type.

If you have 20-49 you would get a Silver trophy/medal on that game type.

50+ would give you a Gold trophy/medal in that game type.

The numbers can be changed obviously as this is just an example.

Could you imaging onua's trophy cabinent?

Not a bad idea...maybe on a seperate profile page or something with some other misc data like winning streaks and that might be good.

I've always liked the idea of something similar to this for one-off tournaments, like the reverse ones tried a while back, or you could have "mega-marathon" tourneys or similar, perhaps once a month?

Also possible would be specal occasion tournaments, like Christmas, Easter, Solstice or whatever, which could be promoted and more than likely have a much biger number of entrants (so an extra round or two) then normal tourneys.

For these to be worthwhile, they would need something like a trophy cabinet idea so users could show them off.

I like the idea of boosting it with the suggestions above as well.

maybe 10 for bronze
25 silver
50 gold
100+ platinum

Dgen, i was thinking more of the lines of this...

25 Bronze
50 Silver
100 Gold
200+ Platinum


Just my opinnion though
