Hi best_joker, unfortunately clan league rules stipulate that you must be a player for at least 1 season before you can create your own clan.

basically, you need to join an already made clan for at least one season, before you can make your own clan and enter it in our league

You have to have already played a season in the league for a clan before you can create your own - if you didnt understand anon's post
