WAKE up funkypool

The administration team of Funkypool are so on a voluntary basis, as far as I am aware, at least for mods. Therefore, there is no guarantee that at least one of the team is available 24 hours a day.

It is always possible to go online and look for a mod to help you. Alternatively, there is the Contact us page, and it is at http://www.funkypool.com/contactUs.do?referringPage=other_enquiries .

It's a guess of mine that this thread will be capped; however, your third option is to create a third thread here in Game Queries bearing a brief description as its title and containing the relevant query.

This reply of mine potentially sounds condescending; if so, it is not meant to, sorry, but it stumps me to see such a post. It's unfortunate if the mods haven't replied to your last message; how long ago was it?

Admin tries to get back to all messages within three days.

Remember that admin do have normal day to day lives and come on here in their own time when possible.

Are you fully sure that you sent the message? Go to 'edit profile' and 'view my support tickets' - that will give you a full history of the support tickets you have sent to admin.

For over 2 weeks now, having trouble getting from 1 tourny game to the next, the screen just freezes and get logged out, lagging bad when nothing else is open. done the new java update, but no better.

I suggest you remove old programs you don't use any more (control panel) & download Ccleaner to remove all old data from your CPU.

I use Tune up Utilies 2009 for all my problems

thanks for the better reply, than what billmore left.
have done system restore, thats seems to be working better at the moment, but lost tool bar and programs on the main screen, need daughter here to get them back.

People are so touchy

Billmore could have a point tho, your asking admin to sort out your problem which might not even have anything to do with the site. It could well be your computer.
