I was in first round of 8ball uk speed tournament

I was playing a player called savage and beat him.

It then said on the screen that I had not turned up and was disqualified giving savage the bye.

Clearly a problem that needs fixing but who else has had this?

i have had this problem before but cant remember who against thou

There has been many issues I know of 2 others.

1. My brother was in a game which he won and it said he had a bye instead of the result shown.

2. Me and no_talking played a uk match and with a few seconds to go he won the game.

The result came up but we were both dq.

I presume they are connected in some way.
