My internet sever has been inter-septed by an other internet server and has made my internet run slow or even cut off I was trying to join 9 ball tournament and it said you have sucessfully join tournament but i was still waiting for my invite but i never got one What is the resion for this? And also i can't see anyone talking in the chatrooms or even join game rooms

Well.... My internet has been showing signs of improvments in past 20 minutes so... I guess it will be fine but my Funkypool server isnt that great:(

never heard of internet servers "inter-septed" with each other but you not being able to do stuff in the game server my be a result of the slowness your having, you may not be able to do anythink but people will know your lagging by the game saying "_funkypool1_ is not responding"
if other internet pages are slower than normal try resetting the router

Maybe it's just a Java problem as you said it's your Funkypool server that isn't great. If not, I don't know what the problem is mate. Download the latest Java and see what happens.

1: Bad Internet connections happen, and is nothing special or anything to get too worked up over, at least not until it's been a problem for a while. I strongly doubt anyone has done anything to mess up your connection in any way, it's normally just a case of network equipment having issues somewhere along the line between you and the funkypool server.

2: Missing tournament invites is a known problem and with all likely hood not related to bad Internet connections at all.

Mines not like that!!!!! The person who runs our internet says that two internet radio dishes or signal senders as i call them lol, are beeing inter-septed with each other and has been like this for at least a week. This causes the two airials to send out bad signals and making the recevers on our modems give bad signals to our PC.

You've just solved your own problem mate. You know what is wrong with the connection now.
