I think it would be good in the profile too, But when you post on the forum you could have.

And when you go into edit profile, you have a drop down list with all the clans, and when you select one, maybe a message to the captain to confirm.

But the down side is, clans don't last for ever and the names would have to removed a bit.

But the picture pretty much gives it away to which clan you are in, so removing the picture could be a option too.

The thing about a clan tag is people should be able to type it in

Makes it easy because no-one needs to put preset ones in and its easy for new clans not to be waiting for it to be put in the system

Also if theirs a list of 12 clans in the 2 leagues the temptation for random people is to pretend to be in a clan whereas if you have a freedom you can put what you want in (obviously this would need to be managed but it would be like managing usernames for obsenity)

I figure it's workable in this way:

- A list of clans can be implemented into the system, and this would be done by a mod;
- Clan leaders can request that individual members be added to clans (or be allowed to do this themselves).
