Wrong name correction

This could prove to be very useful in the long run.
But my thoughts are how many people actually get the username wrong... And even when they do get it wrong they can re-check the game window or re-check the name they were typing in for spelling mistakes, and then it can easily be changed to the right spelling

I think that it should work like google when you type something that does not have many results ,or in funkypool's case none at all, a couple suggestion of names should be asked that are close to the typed in name

Well, you have a point, however do you remember a player called something like this:
sldfskafs, I cant type that in, but if I was nearly right then it will come up and I can think, oh yes it was that.

i like this idea....try and spell zantetsukenz right the first time.
i also suggested a while ago a link on the sidebar saying online, showing other players who is online!!

Yeh good idea.
Or you could have a option to turn it on and of .. i.e
in the options section or the edit profile there could be a section saying
Auto Name:
On - Off
or something like that.
So then in lets people who want it to have it and people who dont want it to not have it

its a simple way to get a hard name like zantetsukenz or burnzybhoy corrected
(actually i cant say its simple since i dont know how to do it but it may be simple lol)

I assume most prediction systems work on an already installed set of words/names, so would this system account for new names being created on a daily basis?
I guess it could update itself as members join, but the options given on so many similer names might come into play. For example how many names begin with the word pool etc.
