ARGH HELP.. for the last couple of days, now and again, when i aim and shoot, the ball flies off in a diff dierction with diff power. Sometime in the opposite direction! Could be a problem with my mouse? Glitch with funkypool? Its really annoying and ruining my stats!

I've not had that happan to me yet, if the cursor is where you want it but the ball goes else where then it's not your mouse it would most likely be a game glitch.
Just a thought has anyone had this proplem in the last few days?

Ye its happened to me recently but never before. Seems like major lagg just now and again?

Thing i've sorted the proplem out. Right it's just happened to me on funkysnooker but i noticed that it said " Random shot time limit penalty for jackbauer (1/3)"
Did that show up on all of your's?

Random shot happens when the shot time countdown reaches zero.

The shot timer is usually at 20 seconds, but could be as low as 10 if the owner of the game chooses.

Yeah i know about the time limit i've been on here for five years but blacktip may of not seen it saying "Random shot time limit penalty".

Well i have been playing for a couple of years now and it has never happened to me.

lol its deffo not random time shot ive been playing for about 6 years on various names. Its happening about once every 2 games now, i aim and shoot, and the ball flies off sumwhere else (within the time limit). Have there been any major game changes in the last 4-5 days? Ive noticed a bit more lagg than usual, maybe i need to update my flash player or something? I can always tell when its being laggy though because the curser jumps about but this happens even when its moving smoothly. Starting to think im the victim of a conspiracy..

Regarding lag, you should check your Java version:

Regarding ball directions it does sound odd, maybe you can use a screen recorded to show what you mean. However, please don't use multiple accounts to post on the forum.

This happens sometimes if you right click I think.

Cheers Nick, there was indeed a java update available and now everything is running a lot smoother! When my browser restarted the aplet had a different skin so perhaps a conflict between the old java and the funkypool update? Apologies for boosting my own thread, in fairness I had spoken to other people who were experiencing the same problem. Plus I have multiple personalities so.. don't discriminate
