i was in a competition (speed 8 ball) and fairly beat a guy called '*******' thus knocking him out of the competition, 2 rounds later i play the same guy - same name same profile picture i end up losing to this guy the second time round. I have no quarrell with losing 'fairly' but the guy obviously is doing something underhanded just so as he can win. Its a game and people are going to these lengths to ensure they win then i do not think that i want to even bother with it. i use funky pool to relax and enjoy a game i love but to beat an opponent then have to play the same guy again after he has supposedly been eliminated is not right. Not to mention the fact he, after the second game, called me a *EDITED*. WOW SOME GUYS NEED A LIFE

you can not play the same person twice in the same tournament!!

once you beat them, they are knocked out forever!!

are you sure that you were not in two seperate tournaments at the same time??

i did play him twice. maybe he had 2 accounts i dont know but the name (if not identical) was very close and had the same picture. also the guy had the same bad attitude. im not a child and im not an idiot so please do not call me a liar.
I do not mean to be naming and shaming just shouting out in case there is actually a rule against this. i tried contacting a mod/administrator but it seems they can only deal with items through the chat interface???

go back to the tournament page and copy the link into here

and still impossible: you can not be logged in in two accounts at the same time. And you must be logged on when the draw for the round is made, otherwise you are DQ'd.

so it could not be him.

looking at your recent results, you played him in two ranked games, and then one tournament game. thats the only history you have in playing him.

i just looked through the record of the tournement in question and theres only record of 1 match against him i could swear i played him my first and third match??? appologies to *name removed* if this is the case i;m very sorry

well if u can, you should try to remove his name before a mod has to - or he sees it.

You played him in two ranked games, then played him in the tournament twenty minutes later, which is probably what caused the confusion.

Yup, you played him in ranked games and it finished 1-1, and then after three rounds of speed he beat you in the semi-final. But you hadn't played him in any of the previous rounds.

It's an easy mistake to make; it's often easy to forget who you played and when, especially when you've come through three quick rounds of a speed tournament. Everything aflumpire said is right, though. And it's impossible to be logged in twice under the same account.
