I was thinking of another game that i would like to see added to the line-up. It was mentioned in a post back in Q2 of 2008, but i havent seen any follow-up. I would like the game "one pocket" added. It is a game that requires a massive amount of skill and precision. It is a game that fully challenges a persons accuracy and judgement.
The rules for the game are quite simple really. (this is just a quick run through. I have a link to complete rules at the end of the post)
The game starts by racking all 15 balls in no particular order
Then the breaker must make contact with any object ball. A legal break is a break where an object ball hits the rail, or is pocketed.
Now I've seen two variances to this rule
1.) You must call your pocket before the game starts (either one of the two corners at the foot of the table)
2.) Your pocket is determined by your first pot
Either way the rules stay the same:
A legal shot is a shot where you pot your object ball in your designated pocket. There are no fouls for potting in the wrong or opponents pocket. You just lose your turn (Unless you pot your object ball first. In that case, your turn continues)
It does not matter which you shoot, as long as it's legal. The winner is the first to shoot 8 legal shots.
Due to space requirements i am unable to type more

you could just continue your post lol....
good idea, I think that this is a worthy game to replace killer to be honest. Killer is good but I think it will die out one day soon
So yeah, this is a great idea, or Cut Throat...or even Kelley Pool (although that requires at least 3 players like killer)

It sounds like a good game, But will this last?
I would personally love to see this game.
And I'm sure it would get alot of attention for the first few weeks.
Nice Idea

but any new game takes time and consultation.
i think that if Nick wants to add a new game, he should put his thourghts on the table and if he has a few ideas but doenst know what to choose, then go through a disscussion/vote about the game he is thinking of bringing in.
but thats if he wants another game, he may be happy as it is or may not have time to create a new game.

To be honest i think people will always want a new game, if say bank pool or cut-throat was introduced then everyone would play it for a bit we would get a ranking system put up and possible tournaments then talk of another game would errupt so i think nick may stick with these 6 games for a little while
