Firstly, I took my shot, potted one ball and the shot was passed to my opponent.

My opponent didn't get to take the shot because the game well. Froze. Both of us were responding because we were wondering why it had happened in game. According to them, it still said it was my shot. But on my screen, their shot timer had ran down and nothing was happening.

Any ideas why this happened/how to avoid it?
