there should be a whois function, so you can find out whos online. failing that the mods and admins who are online should be listed on the homepage, if you need to contact one.

one more thing, if you are logged in to the site it should say so in your player details even if you are not in the game

The first point is covered in another thread, but the second point is valid, it should say "using website/using forum" if online but not playing on the game server. I will look into it...
