There is a virus being transported via mail in bebo and in facebook, when you open the mail it says "Is this you in this video", and has a link to a site to play, but then asks you to download a software to view, DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING! Delete this message straight away, don't open as it sends it automatically to everyone in your friends list,

Myspace

These are the ones i know about! Delete the message straight away!

I've noticed spam like this for ages but the messages are usually just from random people that the sites have already deleted by the time you visit their profile.

But now I've started seeing messages from my real friends, who have obviously fell for this.

Yeah its horrible the way they target, they make it look like your friend.

It sure does a mate of mine got a bug and every time i signed in it sent me a file saying is this really u in the pic but nothin ever happened and cause he was away from comp i didnt know it was a bug lol so opened the file.

My friend recently got a virus on msn she tried un-installing it but apparently made no differece so she has installed a different anti virus.

Yeah the MSN ones are annoying, luckily none of the people I talk to on there regularly have had this virus, so I just blocked the people sending out the messages n stopped getting them.

yer i have had it before it sucks it gets you instal a codec so you download it then instal it then bam ur computer is gone ......

thts y it is good to have boot and backup discs for your computer always helps my friend had the same thing and not so lucky he had to pay to fix his computer like $150 to clean it and fix it

I had this!! Thought it was a virus because I had 3 of the same messages from 3 different mates.

I hate virus's from msn aswell. You get random messages saying "is this you in this picture, or do you remember your hair like that?

Do not click on anything you think msy be a virus because if you do, wham! Your laptop or pc's gone lol

I got a virus on msn Where i sign in out by sending every contact a link!


And for keoghz I know mate I have opened it up and downloaded the software lmao so I ended up sending every friend the same thing and then they send it to all there friends on bebo.
