When the following advertisement ran in an Edinburgh local newspaper, there were over 600 responses...
"SBF (single black female) seeks male companionship. Age, ethnicity unimportant. I'm a young, svelte, good-looking girl who loves to play. I love long walks in the woods, hunting, camping and fishing trips. Candlelight meals will have me eating out of your hand. Rub me the right way and watch me respond. I'll be at the front door when you get home from work wearing just what nature gave me. Call the number and ask for Daisy." When callers rang, they were put through to a local dogs' home. Daisy was a Black Labrador. Not only did she find a loving home, but Daisy proved that man's best friend really is a dog.
