nothing wrong here, game owners are free to make demands they don't meet themselves.

but shouldnt be a requirement that you should meet the room qualifications too, even if it means getting kicked out if you lsoe a few?

When you try create a 750 to 900 game and your current rank is below 750 this message should appear:
"Your ranking must lie within the range you select. You have 749, you selected 750 to 900"
So it's not possible to create a game with certain ranking limits if you don't qualify yourself.

If you were a 751 at the time of entering then you lose a couple of frames, say you go down to 747ish, but your opponent leaves after those couple of frames, you become the game owner.

You don't get kicked for dropping below the minimum points required, which I think is fair. It gives you a chance to get the points back, because you could have just been high enough to enter the room, and that means after one frame, which could have been a foul on the black, you get kicked? I don't think it's fair.
