Spend a few months learning code and read your own =D most places will charge you for their codes, presume you've tried a google search?

Yep it really does. If you can understand the code people are writing for you, you'll be able to see how you could improve upon it for your personal preferences, and if there were any bugs, you could understand how to fix it.
