Anyways, what you have to do is right-click the taskbar, and make sure "Lock the Taskbar" is not ticked.

Then, grab the Vertical bar to the left of the section of the toolbar you want to move and drag it anywhere on the desktop you like.

Many people dont realise you can move any of toolbars that form the taskbar independantly.

The taskbars not locked and grabbin and dragging wont work

It works for address , links etc

I Can only move it left and right tho!

Nah you can drag them onto the desktop!!!

Ok Maybe am not explaining it correct!

My Taskbar has doubled in height!!

OMG its happened again!

I dont know how i fixed it last time either, and all the posts on here, ive tried doing and i cant do it!!

Right click on it and go on lock taskbar then, so then you should be able to drag it

So i shud lock the task bar??

I cant do it!! Locked or unlocked..it wont let me drag it to the bottom

wow old taskbar paula lmao hmmm.. weird happened to me before jus emmm dunno lmao cant remember how to fix it.. *confused smiley*

Is it old?? Pmsl i dunno..lappys not that old tho, windows vista and taskbars just on classic style i think!! haha..


Anyways.. Ive fixed it but i swear to god dont even ask me how!!!!!!! Was just left and right cliking and trying to drag and it 'jumped' to top top of the screen..then to the left.the finally bottom :S:S

Lol I tryed clicking a window at the bottom then it worked it's self from right then to the top and then to left so i just played around and then it got back down to the bottom lol.

just right click, unlock taskbar, drag it to the left<<<<right>>>>>>up^^^^^^ or down**down arrow**

lol jack i did'nt work so i just play around with it untill it goes back to normal.
