Multiple username clear up?

This post is mainly aimed at the staff members. Can anyone confirm exactly how many usernames a person is allowed. I have asked several people this and have had different answears. I understand that some people ( like myself) may have more than 1 username registered to the same ip address as my missis loves funkypool and uses the wireless connection on her laptop to play. although the rules say that there is only one username allowed has this changed ? are you allowed more than 1 per person.

Each user should have no more than ONE account. Any user that has more than one username, could have their secondary or higher usernames banned without warning. Ordinarily we will not check for multiple accounts but when any funkypool rule is broken, we may take action against all accounts.
