does sending complaints about abusive users do much good??? and how often are these complaints reviewed???

cause ive noticed 2 or 3 users that ive reported on several different occasions for unprovoked verbal abuse and threatening behaviour (ask most users on here that have played me, im polite and don't swear or provoke n e 1) that are still online.

The short answer is yes, it does the world of good.

EVERY complaint sent is acted upon. Sometimes users are warned, sometimes, if the offence is a repeated or serious one, they are banned.

The complaints are reviewed reglarly all through the day.

We encourage any user witnessing, or subject to, any unsavoury behaviour to send in a complaint. Not just for your own sake, but to help keep the site a fun and pleasant experience for everyone.

when people send complaints admins can see the whole chat log ?

As far as I'm aware they can only see a limited amount (how limited I'm not sure), so its advisable that you send the complaint as soon as you notice the offence.
