I think we should be able to get a ball in hand on the practise tables. I play a game against myself on the practise tables (as do many other people) and when i make a foul as me I think me(2) should be able to have the ball in hand. I know you can simply pocket the white but this is not always possible (loaded pockets for example), also this does no good for your shot average.
Your thoughts on this please people.
