anything by gangstarr is chilled and good for when you stoned, but depends what mood you are in, gangstarr as i said is relaxed and makes you think, bands like pharcyde, cypress hill are good for lightening the mood.
though all in all its the wrong genre of music for stoned really, far better alternatives for that feel.
