i think although not preper rules but neither are golden breaks

if your opponent fouls without hitting the pack
then you should be able to have the break so a swap

the idea came to me when my opposition fouled and i got runout lol its very annoying

good idea i like it

the whole point of a run out is to stop your opponant from playing a shot in that frame regardless if he fouls on his break off shot

yeah i know but your still applying same level of skill as you are to the other runouts you have got

I thought it was the proper rule that if your opponent missed on the break you got to have to crack at it, and what about if two ballsdont come of the cushion on a break its a fowl, is this a proper rule or justa local one??
