just say on this if you want to join and get ur friends too aswell
but u can't be over 700 rank
don't join unless you'll play the games if you do not play your game in time and havn't talked to me during that time then u will be DQ and banned from the rest of the tournies i set up

There's a good chance the 600'ers haven't enough games placed to be able to post, or else aren't good enough and have no interest in such a tournament.
