When someone takes a shot.....
And the clock gets to 0, They still get at least
3 seconds to aim and shoot. So i dont get it
I thought that when the clock got to 0 its a
Random Shot Penalty....

What you are seeing is the effect of "net lag".

The player took their shot in time, but it took that 3 seconds for the information to be sent to the server, the shot computed, and then the info sent to your computer to be displayed.

Not bad for the occasional 3 sec i think you'll agree

sometimes you can be waiting for up to half a minute just for a shot to compute....depends on the server

i was playing a tour and benn DQ because the other player was too slow he was responding/not responding all the time and his shots were 1 minute long(20 sec time limit for shot)both got DQ

Yeah i know it sucks but there you go...
