www.orange.co.uk click on my account or 450 from any orange handset or 07973 100 450 from any uk landline ( call are charged at a mobile rate when using a landline ) good luck

Remember do not enter you puk code wrong more than 10 times as that will block your simcard for good

Do you not have the documents which should have came with the sim pack?

Because it will have a series of numbers on there, one of which being the PUK Code
