shouldnt the newbies and low rank ppl get all the byes first and let the pros and adepts battle it out so newbies can have a chance to win it instead of random byes

yes...good idea. the lower your rank, the higher on the priority list you are.

Tournaments are always drawn at random to keep it fair and everyone in the tourney should have no advantage over the others unless it's there game play.Also the tournament is a competition to show who played the best out of the people who entered.

hmmm.....good point but when I was a newbie, the only way i ever got better was by playing more experienced players.

i can not stand getting a bye, it does my nut so much. i wanna play but i cant because i got a bye so i have to wait 11 years till my first game. arhhhhhhhh

i have to agree with cityfan,

we didn't recieve anyhelp when we were newbs & we turned out just fine.....or did we?! lol

u have to earn a tourny win on your own 3 feet!

This idea totally defeats the point of a tournament - it downgrades the whole acheivement of winning a tourny.

upgrades it ever so slightly for pro's n adepts who are more likely to win it than newbies.
but 'fake' newbies will love it

No to start with. I agree with Cityfan on this, the tourneys should be drawn radnomly and newbies do very often win.

I got to the final of my very first tournament. I didnt realise it was that big a deal and quit cos my dinner was ready, now I think I wish Id stayed but who cares lol

1 point though, you know before the tourney starts when it lists all the entrants. It currently lists them in alphabetical order. Wouldnt it be better to list it by rank so you can see at a glance who the big players are.

na i don't agree cause wats the point of them going into round 2 when they can't get through round 1 .
